Nano Stormers
The Nano Stormers are looking forward to next year. Here are some ideas we have of things to do differently.
The Nano Stormers competed in the British Columbia First Lego League tournament on Nov. 25. Here are some things we think we did right on tournament day.

Check out the animated logo created by Uschi. The tornado moves, and a nanobot is running around the outside.

Questions for Allergist
- How are allergies treated?
- What is pollen made out of?
- How does the immune system recognize different particles?
- What are some new research strategies that might help people with
allergies?
- Would preventing allergen particles from entering the nose be effective for people with inhaled allergies?
Questions for Nanotechnology Scientist
- What is a nanobot? How are they powered? How difficult is it
to create a nanobot to do a specific task?
- How could a nanobot recognize different particles or molecules?
- Would a nanobot be smaller than an oxygen atom?

Notes from Oct. 22
The robot needs to accomplish the missions!!!!!!!!
Sensors and attachments used in surprising ways.
Easy, removable parts.
The Nano Stormers need a logo. Check them out and let us know what you think.
Beware, Move Over,
The Nano Stormers are taking over.
We strike like lightening,
We roar like thunder,
We are the latest Lego wonder!
FIRST Lego League (FLL) is an international program for kids from 9-15 years old. It is a partnership between FIRST and LEGO .
On September 15, FLL announced this year's Nanotechnology Challenge. The kids work as a team to design a robot to complete up to 9 missions and do some scientific research. Everything is on the theme of nanotechnology.
On November 25, the NanoStormers will be competing in the FLL Vancouver tournament against 40 other teams!
